1.Where did you get married?
Ceremony: Westminster
United Methodist Church; Reception: Hotel Sorella
2. What was your first dance song?
Our first dance was to "It Had To Be
You" by Tony Bennett. After knowing my husband for 11 years, the lyrics
and style of this song were perfect for us!
3. What was your favorite part of the wedding?
The best part of the day was having everyone who had been
an important part of our lives with us as we became husband and wife. The
absolute joy of getting everyone together at one time to celebrate was worth
every bit of seating chart, menu, and RSVP stress!
4. What are you glad you splurged on?
Our biggest splurge was on the venue (Hotel Sorella) and
flowers (Events in Bloom). It was definitely worth it! The venue was perfect
for us and expressed our style as a couple, and in combination with our
gorgeous flowers the reception was absolutely stunning. It was my dream
reception space.
5. What is your advice for future brides?
After all of the planning is finally over and the day arrives,
don't worry about the details. There will always be something that doesn't go
according to plan! Sit back and take a moment to soak it in, because the day
definitely goes too fast!!
